Week 7 MBA: 6101 Guerilla Marketing Chp 7
After reading one of the last chapters of Guerilla Marketing we start to wrap up what the most important weapons are in the business to give you an overall generalization. These are the 200 weapons of marketing and while I'm not going to name them all, the majority of them highlight the most important ones over the course of the book from all the different categories. For example, minimedia, maximedia, company attributes, etc. These are all of the weapons of strengths when dealing with each topic. When we look at all these important topics that help us with every aspect of guerilla marketing we take away certain acknowledgements that highlight our overall understanding.
If you are aware of each topic and adapt to each of them accordingly, you are building your company progressively. The Biggest attributes i retained were value and easy to do business with, that simple. Value is what customers want and desire and when your company produces value and quality over quantity, you can then be set up for market success. This entails "what did I make and how much did it cost me?" to determine value. It is far more crucial than price (Levinson 2007) and people will pay higher prices for products and services that deliver more quality for the buck, simple as that. Addressing the attribute for easy to do business with, The easier and more fluid it is to do business with investors and customers the better relationships you are building. If it is hard to do business with someone do you think they are going to want to do it again? Making business easy cost no money and even Levinson he had a client that had doubled its sales in the first eight years of business that they had to announce no more company growth for the following because it had grown so rapidly that they could not say yes to every customer request and accomplish twenty four hour turnaround. So in perspective with this example right here, when every aspect of your business is working like a machine and every piece is doing its part, it is very easy for things to take off rapidly and sometimes become too successful.
